Ok, first of all i would just like to thank u guys for all the awesome fun, awesome skills and awesome times we've had! Its been a pleasure

To the main topic. As u can see, I have chosen to step down from Guildleader (also known as head platypus), and i would like to step down to officer or co guildleader. I have lately been having trouble finding the joy to game warhammer, and everytime i logg into, i fall into this routine that practically is walking around in altdorf - doing nothing. As well, i am waiting for the next patch, and that might boost my gaming experience again - and i hope it will.
Im starting work soon, and is playing my bass and preparing for school pretty much - so i will still log on and have some fun with u guys. Its just that if there is anything i owe u guys, then its a steady leadership and a good guildleader. This is something i wanna provide u with, and atm i feel that i cant do my job anymore. Nothing to do with u guys, u deserve all the best and thats why i am stepping down, cuss i feel that i am not on my best. I would like to give the guild to someone who is experienced, online allot and have the patience to run u knobheads around 24/6 (yes, Guildleaders must have a day break:P).

Important role as a guildleader:
1: Helpful and be able to always respond to ppl which needs help with ingame issues.
2: Patience. Yes, allot of patience.
3: Leadership material. U must be able to take command and tell what the zerglings are suppose to do. With the numbers of ezmode zerglings in this game, the numbers of leaders has diminished and is pretty rare these days.
4: Recruit. For me, its one of the most important steps here. We dont randomly recruit ppl at sight, but we try to get to know em first. Following em trough our use of ventrilo, forum and crest rules. And then try to involve em. Cuss new members who gets left out - often end up leaving. And do not be sad when u recruit 10 ppl, and 7 of em u never see again. Ppl stop playing, or they create new toons - and never tell u again=)
This WILL happen.

i'll miss ya ofc.. and i hope it all works out fine irl... i know that rootine of wandering in altdorf.. thats why i been playing less... i used to be on all day and now i'm in and out of the game alot..
it will suck not having a gay bw as a boss... but alas cock talk cant last forever

On the other hand though i don't have time to lead the guild i'm afraid. and i think it's about time i take a break from the game aswell now, seeing as all im doing in t4 is stand in altdorf waiting for scs aswell.

I've been playing with you since the beginning and you will be the only one which I find suitable for this job

It is sad to see you leave the game (but I understand the feeling).

As for the guild leader I won't mind whoever you choose I'll be his slave.

And still I hope you join us on vent sometimes so we can talk some dirty stuff and see your new pictures with the skirt.

I am not leaving the game.. I have just found myself not playing so much anymore, and that is why i am gonna ngive away the leadership. U wont get rid of me that easily.
I will logg on for events and stuff atleast, so i hope u can get the calendar working again.. I mean, we have all these events, that no one is attending to;O

And for tovl, and king kills.. I might be able to play more when the next patch is hitting us though but until then - i will play mostly bass;P

Anyway, had a AWESOME time tonight, and this moments is the moments i am going to miss. So i who knows, maybe all we need to do, is to stick more together and do more stuff together. MAybe i will find it fun again?=)


Ima set up a meeting to the weekend sometimes, hope as many as possible can join up there so we can discuss things=)

Sorry to see you stepping down, mate - I think you did a helluva job leading the guild But it happens to all of us at some point, and deciding to step down at the right time, is just another show of good leadership

Well, meeting on monday so we can discuss what to do and etc. Got lots of boosts to keep going at it, but at the same time i feel its time to let someone else do it=) Lots of great leaders in the guild now, which i am sure of can handle them.

I got pm'ed, to not give the guild away straight away. But, to give out a active co guildleader. Which has the exact same rights and decisions as a normal guildleader (except withdrawing gold from guild vault).
And then to take a break.. And let that co guildleader do everything, and see how he managed and if this was something he wanted to do. Cuss i would hate giving away the guildleadership, to somsone who is not gonna like having it in long terms. This will just ruin the guild=)

Anyway, lots of new ideas and etc upcomming guildmeeting..


BTw. last 3 days of rvr, has been amazingly fun for me.. I think this is the reason why i am getting bored - is because we didnt do a shiet for 1-2 weeks, except soloing scenarios (didnt que up together etc:P) and i have realized that i can NEVER leave u guys, u guys are to much of fun!! but, new leader - maybe=)

Btw. if you have this many guild leader candidates - some not even officers (here at least) - it sounds like the guild gotta lot of potential
