The Asgards

In this guild (and in many other guilds) its low activity now days, and at the last time I have noticed that people are login in, just to check if its any action goin on, and then quickly log out again.

One thing I thought about to fix this is to creat special events in the calendar and let people sign up for, lets say ; A specific time and day.
Then the members can check how many people signed up, and then log in at that time/day.

I have thought about this, and goin to do it very soon, I have real life to blame on for that it didnt happen earlier..
And the thing is as simply as this: Im in a time where I cant say which time I will be online, and how long time I will be on.
Got alot to sort out simply. (BUT Im playin often as you can see if you are online )

AND I cant do this totally alone, I need people to inform the other members that its gonna be such a day, I need basic people for this, people whos (almost) always gonna sign up and try to get more people with you.

And I think, I realy do, that this can help the new and old members to still have FUN (which is most important) in this game.

And I need to set a rule (which should be crystalclear already), IF you are pugin, BUT got the chance to invite anyone from the guild or alliance, DO IT. Even if you are 4 persons without a healer, go for it!

And now when you are bored of reading this: Who thinks that they are goin to sign up? And WHO thinks that they can be the basic group?

Great idea.. This is a gooood and a right way in the right direction!
Good to see ppl taking to matters when it is sopmething that needs to be fixed.

With the recent quitters and rollers, i also think its very very important to keep recruiting, keep em comming. This is almost one of the most important things to do in small guilds etc, u need to find that stable bunch of ppl that are online, good players and nice ppl - then it will be more fun for ppl to be online, when there is actually something to do or some ppl that take initiative.

Love this Jorsell, and this is one of many reasons why ur leading now, cuss u actually kicks around the boat and comming up with ways of solving things!

BUT, is this forum even being read by the members? just tell em to put this as their fucking startside or something, so that they check it from time to time:P

Late reply, but if I m around, check if i m up for something. Now that I m done grinding scenarios with my SM I have some time to do other stuff.
I m currently finishing leveling my RP... Had a nice LotD-grinding experience with Anthert, Ragescream and Hansl two days ago... was fun
And after that I m planning to level my (currently level SW to check if its fun to play after t1.

I m on vacation at my parents atm though, so I wont be able to log before sunday.

Fucktards.. lets make this one up and going again..
I've seen the shadows outside this guild, and can only say this is the best guild in the world.

I am going to explore the possibilities of maybe getting someone to merge with our guild. We totally need more healers, and we just need a bit more stable number of ppl online.
I however, wont be able to play until only late evenings or around 5 pm.. Cuss i am stucked up in work.. AND i managed to fry my video card, so i am gaming on my bros pc, and will be on anytime he lets me use it=)

Will get a new card during next week sometime=)

Anyway, since it would be like starting over again if we started recruiting lower tiers etc, we will be back at where we started, So we should try to "snatch" ppl to join us etc.. Try to do some open events for the entire server so ppl can join in on our ventrilo and have fun with us.. Sort of like Unity does, where everyone is welcomed. This way, ppl can see how we are and we are making interests to other ppl.
